Cancellations and refunds

Your rights first

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Goods

If something you bought is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it should, contact Ahmad. Depending on the problem you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under the guarantees above.

Services (bookings)

You can cancel a booking before the service by contacting Ahmad. If you cancel before the service is provided, you are refunded the price less any cost Ahmad has already incurred for your booking, and he tells you what that cost is. [confirm with Ahmad: this cancellation term]

If Ahmad cannot provide the service you booked, you are refunded in full. If it is not provided with due care and skill, the guarantees above apply.

How refunds are paid

Back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Ahmad makes the refund; your bank decides when it shows on your statement.
