Who you are buying from

What the shop sells

Prices and paying
Prices are in Australian dollars and are the full price you pay, apart from the delivery charge on goods, which is shown in your cart before you pay. [confirm with Ahmad: whether he is registered for GST, and so whether prices include GST]
You pay by card on Stripe's payment page. The shop does not receive or store your card number. The sale is made when your payment goes through: you then get a receipt by email, and the order appears under Orders when you are signed in.
Services
A service is a booking for Ahmad's help on a date you prefer. The date you choose is a preferred date, not a confirmed appointment: Ahmad contacts you to confirm it. Final arrangements and any third-party costs are confirmed with you before the day. [confirm with Ahmad: what happens if he cannot attend on the date you chose]

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You can ask Ahmad to remove your account at any time (see privacy).
